The Power of Praying the Word of God
2 Corinthians 5:7 (AMP)
7 For we walk by faith [we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man's relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk] not by sight or appearance.
Walking by faith is learning how to be led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is filling our spirits with Truth from God, so we must learn how to stay in touch with our spirits every day. We have light on the inside of us that our natural senses is not aware of. Faith is choosing to believe in and trust the convictions from God's Word that we have inside of us. The convictions we have from God Word is the light we need to stay in faith and manifest victory.
I know that it may seem really silly, to not be upset, when we don't see results with our natural senses. But, faith stays with the unseen Truth that the Holy Spirit reveals to us. Faith gives evidence of what is not seen. Faith gives expression to what is not seen. Faith is a powerful force and we must grown in using it. Faith makes every thing possible. Faith totally relies on the goodness and faithfulness of God.
Faith always takes over natural reasoning. and will never allow natural senses to have the final word. So let's let faith win and have the final word in all our circumstances.
Increase the Flow of Revelation From God in Your Life
Praying this prayer daily will ignite a flow of wisdom and revelation in your life, that will change you. You will grow from faith to faith and manifest one level of God's glory to the next level of His glory. I pray it everyday and I recommend every serious believer pray it also. Write it out in first person present tense and declare it over your life daily. You will hear from God clearly and see His wisdom in every challenging situation.
Ephesians 1:17-23 (AMP)
17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),
19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,
20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],
21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.
22 And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],
23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].
