Labor to Stay in the Rest of God

January 26, 2021

For we who believe [that is, we who personally trust and confidently rely on God] enter that rest [so we have His inner peace now because we are confident in our salvation, and assured of His power], just as He has said, “AS I SWORE [an oath] IN MY WRATH, THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST,” [this He said] although His works were completed from the foundation of the world [waiting for all who would believe].

Hebrews 4:3 AMP

Living care, worry, and burden free means entering into and staying in the rest of God. This is the labor we do to keep our lives free from being anxious and our faith moving powerfully.

Faith that is in the rest of God, is moving forward in the power of the Spirit. Not talking about the cares, or even acknowledging any anxieties or frustrations about the issues while we wait to see them disappear or appear in the natural realm.

Faith that is at rest is looking at the end result, the victory, with praise to God for His faithfulness.

Many times the Holy Spirit will lead us to minister to other in similar situations to encourage and strengthen them by sharing the Word of the Lord to them. Praying with them and for them.

Yes, laboring to rest in faith in God is a crucial part to developing powerful faith. But it is so worth it! Master this will lead us to greater victories! Praise God!

ConfessionFather, today I enter into the rest of faith, because you have all the cares in my life. I praise You for my victory, I am not anxious, worried or full of care, but I am trusting and resting in Your faithfulness. I'm being lead by the Holy spirit into all the truth and mortifying all the deeds of unbelief, in the Name of Jesus.

Carrying Cares Take You Off Of The Route God Has Planned

January 25, 2021

Psalm 32:8-9 (AMP)
8  I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
9  Be not like the horse or the mule, which lack understanding, which must have their mouths held firm with bit and bridle, or else they will not come with you.

One thing I have found to be true in life is that, carrying the thoughts and anxieties of cares will cause you to take the wrong road to your victory.

When we carry cares we deceive ourselves that we are in faith, and end up taking the wrong roads where God is not leading us. This causes us to experience delays and many times get lost. I have heard of people taking years to get back on the right track so God can lead them.

God doesn't lead us in anxiety and worry, He leads us by faith. Praying the Word of God daily will help to keep us in faith, so He can lead us on the right path and we can reach our destiny faster.

Praying the Word and in the Spirit will energize us, so that when God requires us to act in faith for one of His exploits on the path, we'll be ready.  We won't shrink back in fear.

Confession: Father,  I am filling my heart with Your Word, for my journey to my destiny. My faith is being strengthened daily and I am confident in Your power.  I cast down every thought of cares and worries today and I am praying in the Spirit;  thinking, reciting, and meditating on Your Words. I am empowered to do exploits on this path, in the Name of  Jesus.

Praise God For His Care

January 24, 2021

Psalm 95:1-11 (AMP)
1  O COME, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation!
2  Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!
3  For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
4  In His hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights and strength of the hills are His also.
5  The sea is His, for He made it; and His hands formed the dry land.
6  O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker [in reverent praise and supplication].
7  For He is our God and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice,

Praise is so important to our relationship and fellowship with God. Especially while we are waiting for the manifestation of God's promises about the cares we have given to Him (Psalms 95:1-7).

It is our part of God's Covenant with us to maintain an attitude of praise and gratitude for what we believe we have received from Him. We can never wait till we see the answer to praise Him. We praise Him before it shows up in the natural realm.

The more we praise Him and fellowship with Him in gratitude, the more we see Who He is in our lives. The more we see Him, the more love we can receive from Him. The more we see Him, the more we see Love in it's purest level.

Praise and worship is an important part of operating by faith. Without the actions of faith, it is impossible to please God. The Bible says we must believe that His is and that He is a rewarder those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).

So praise God daily and let the Holy Spirit help you to increase your time of fellowship with Him.

Confession: Father, I praise You for You are the Most High God. I Thank You for all you have done and taken care of for me. Thank You for Your protection and love, on my life, family, business, and all the matters I have entrusted to Your care.  I have no fear, worry, or doubt, for You are faithful and honoring Your Covenant with us, in the Name of Jesus. I PRAISE YOU FOREVER!

Keep Your Faith and Your Life Refreshed

January 23, 2021

John 7:37-39 (AMP)
37  Now on the final and most important day of the Feast, Jesus stood, and He cried in a loud voice, If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink!
38  He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.
39  But He was speaking here of the Spirit, Whom those who believed (trusted, had faith) in Him were afterward to receive. For the [Holy] Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified (raised to honor).

Refresh your faith and your life by drinking from the rivers of living water flowing within your spirit. How? Praying in other tongues (Jude 1:20). As we pray in other tongues the rivers that flow from the  Holy Spirit; rivers of life, light, and the love of God flow within us.

Just as our physical bodies need water daily, our spiritual life needs the constant flow of spiritual refreshing, renewing, reviving, and strengthening living waters, that comes from the rivers of God's presence.

Many experience spiritual dryness and dehydration, because the cares of this life overpower them. Their faith becomes stagnant and non-productive, leaving them to depend on their own power to resolves the issues they face. But when we drink from the rivers of living water, (praying in other tongues) we are well hydrated spiritually.  God's presence flows through us and keeps us on tract.

Confession: Father, Thank You for filling me with the rivers of living water that comes from Your presence. I pray in the Holy Spirit now and allow these forces of life to flood my soul and my life. I am staying well hydrated spiritually and my faith is doing all You have called me to accomplish, today, in the Name of  Jesus.

True Worshippers Never Allow The Cares of Life To Rise In Importance Above God

January 22, 2021

The cares of life come to intercept our daily routine, because our daily routine determines our daily victories.

People don’t realize how important it is to maintain their time renewing their faith and renewing their strength in God. When cares and challenges come, the focus of many is turned to working through them. Even though they say God is important and they love God, He takes a backseat in their lives and they don't even realize it.

We must realize that true worship to God is acknowledging and acting out our faith in Him, even in the mist of the cares and issues in life (John 4:23). We must always show Him that He is more important and greater than the cares and fears we face.

The more discipline we are to always spend the time needed to worship Him and maintain our faith in Him being greater than our challenges, the greater He becomes to us.  Our worship to Him also becomes greater, along with our true dependance on Him.

Lastly, think about this. When the enemy brings issues and challenges, to distract us from our daily fellowship with God, what do you think he will do if he sees that we have increased our time with God? Do think he would take a second thought to his strategy and back off?

Confession: Father, I worship You! You are greater than the cares and issues of life. I am investing my time in fellowshipping and knowing You.  I am drawing closer and closer to You. Father, have Your way in my life. My eyes and my heart are filled with desire and love for You, in the Name of Jesus.

Casting Our Cares On the Lord and Keeping Our Eyes On the Word Leads To the Supernatural.

January 21 2021

The cares of life come to intercept our daily routine, because our daily routine determines our daily victories. People don’t realize how important it is to maintain their time renewing their faith and renewing their strength in God. When cares and challenges come, the focus of many is turned to working through them. Even though they say God is important and they love God, He takes a backseat in their lives and they dotoday I’m taking care of their cares. We must realize that true worship to God is acknowledging and acting out our faith in him. We must always show him that he’s more important, that he is greater than the cares and fears we face. The more discipline we are to always spend the time needed to worship him by maintaining our faith that he is greater then our challenges, the greater he becomes to us, And the greater our worship is to him.

Join me in today's confession and let's release our faith for supernatural manifestations of the plans God has for us.

Confession: Father, I have given You every care, thought, meditation, fear, and worry about my life. I am keeping my mind on You through thinking about Your Promises. Your Promises are revealing to me what my natural senses can't see. I believe I receive all the goodness You have prepared for me. Holy Spirit, I yield to You  today to lead me into all that God has planned. I am walking by faith and not by sight,  in the Name of Jesus.

Train Your Mind To Think In Line With The Word Of God

January 20, 2021

Training our minds to not worry starts with training it to imagine the Word of God.  Everyday our minds are taking in information from the news, social media, and TV, just to name a few. The content we take in is having an effect on what we think about. Those thoughts create our desires and dreams. But, fears, anxiety, worries, doubts, and addictions come from what we are filling our minds with, also.

That is why it is important for us to take time to fill our minds with the content of the Word of God.

God's Word is pure light and life. It creates in us freedom, fearlessness, confidence, witty ideas, and directions for our lives. It is the best information we could fill our minds with. It is the power of life and shows us how to live life to the fullest capacity. (Psalm 119:105)

The Word of God creates faith in us that destroys fear. Take time daily to read your Bible and  think about what it is saying to you. Ponder and imagine what you read. Answer these questions from your daily reading:

  • What is God saying to me here?

  • How does this change my decisions?

  • How does this change how I see myself?

  • How does it effect what I am facing right now?

When we read the Bible daily it will create faith in us that keeps us free from the cares of life.

Confession: Father, Thank You for Your Word. As I read my Bible I see the life in it, creating peace,  direction and fearlessness in me. I am not afraid because I see my life in Your Word. Everything I need to know is being revealed to me as I read and imagine Your Word daily, in the Name of Jesus.

Learning to Cast Our Cares On the Lord Is Not About Putting our Head in the Sand

January 19, 2021

Growing in our ability to cast our cares on the Lord is not about putting our head in the sand and saying a problem doesn't exist. We never deny the problem exists, we deny its right in our lives and we cast the care of it on the Lord to enforce His power and His Promise to take care of it.

That means we have the evidence of the Word of God working in us through our faith, which enables us  to give the problem to God. So we can say that the more we know about the Promises God has given to us, the more our faith grows, and the more we live free from the cares of life.

(2 Timothy 2:15)

Confession: Father, I stand firm on Your Word and give You all my cares. I believe in You and I take You at Your Word. I am a student of Your Word and I am building my faith to live my life in the fullness of Your care, in the Name of Jesus.

The Cares and Worries of This World Chain Us To Only See In The Natural Realm

January 18, 2021

Our new birth happened in the spirit realm. God made us alive, and sensitive to Him in our born again spirits (John 3:1-8). We were created to see, think, act,  and talk like God.

The spirit realm is important because everything in life is first created there. So, God gave us His power to create and live our lives from the spirit realm. This is why carrying cares, worries, and fears, is so detrimental to us living the life God created for us. They make us so we are only looking to what our natural senses can see and not changing what we see through the realm where everything is created.  The spirit realm!

Jesus never worried or carried cares because the Bible says in Isaiah 11: 3-4 ..."And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make decisions by what His ears hear;...And He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked." Jesus walked in the righteousness and justice system of God during His ministry here in the earth and was quick to slay the power of the enemy in every encounter. He spoke the right words every time and released the right power to run the devil off.

So, to live victoriously we must appropriate the power and resources of life that God filled us with. That means, instead of carrying fears, worries, and cares, develop and utilize the power of faith. Faith is what enables us to overcome the world and it's cares!

Confession: Father, Thank You for my new birth! Thank You that I know and hear Your voice and I walk in Your righteousness and justice, just like Jesus. I don't judge by what I see or make decision by what I hear. I refuse to live only by my senses. I now live from the Truth and the power within my born again spirit, slaying the enemy with Your Words in my mouth, in the Name of Jesus.

We Must Train Ourselves To Cast Our Cares Daily

January 17, 2021

I remember the first time I gave my cares to the Lord regarding a family matter I was dealing with (1Peter 5:7). The first day I gave it to Him, and within five minutes I had taken it back, stepping in the the way of God to handle it. Of course that brought the results I did not want, so I repented to the Lord and gave it to Him again.

This time I was able to stay in faith for about an hour, when fearful thoughts came to my mind and I jumped in God's way again, taking the care from Him. Once again the results that came from my actions were not what I desired. So, I repented again and gave it back to God again.

This process went on for some time until my faith finally got strong enough to leave the cares I had given to God with Him and not take them back. It was through doing this exercise daily, weekly, and monthly, that I finally developed my faith strong enough, to give my cares to God and leave them there. Faith that kept the cares with God, resisting contrary thoughts, imaginations, and even encounters, until the breakthrough came.

One important thing I found out to make this training process easier, was  starting my day in prayer and reviewing the promises that God had given me about the issues. Doing this daily caused  my faith grow, because whenever I fell into  the temptation of taking the care, I would respond in faith by repenting and giving it back to God. As time when on this happened less and less frequently. Every time I did this I was training myself to change how I saw the matters I was dealing with. Faith was taking over, so I stopped seeing them according to what was going on, but according to what God had promised.

Confession: Father, I repent for taking the cares back that  I have given to You. Please forgive me, I know that it is only You that can bring the miracles I believe I have received.  I know you are working even now, so I give it all back to You and I praise You for the peace I have, through my faith as I trust You, in the Name of Jesus.

Carrying the Care of the Matter Doesn't Connect You to Jesus' Victorious Power

January 16, 2021

Jesus faced every intimidating matter for us on the cross! That's right, He was tempted in all points of life for us. (Heb. 4:15) He overcome them without sinning and now we have access to His victorious procession over the enemy and every issue we will face in life.

We have access to the strategies of God and the mind of Christ that operates at the highest level of light. We have been destined for victory in Christ and given all that we need to experience God's power in every area of our lives.

Have you ever had these thoughts, "you can't relax now, you need to figure this out." You can't sleep, this might happen. How can you be happy with all this stuff going on? Carrying cares and worries may feel right or like it is the appropriate thing to do to our natural mind and our emotions. But, they don't lead us to what we really need. We need the answers to God's glorious manifestations in our lives. Faith is the key that opens that door and releases that power to enforce what Jesus already accomplished.

Confession: Father, Forgive me for taking the thoughts about these matters I am facing now. I refuse to worry and carry the cares about them and I connect with the victory Jesus already provided. I release my faith and I receive the great light that destroyed the enemies power in my life. I connect to the procession of victory Jesus provided. Thank You Father! I praise You for giving me the victory, in the Name of Jesus.

Don't Let the Cares of the World Choke the Word

January 15, 2021

One of the main tactics of the enemy is to fill us with the cares, fears, and worries of the world. (Mark 4:19)

Thoughts like:

  • When is God going to do this?

  • How is God going to do it?

  • Why hasn't it already happen?

  • What am I going to do if He doesn't do it?

These are some of the standard thoughts that bring discouragement and doubt. The Bible says these thoughts come in and choke the Word of God and make it unfruitful. It's like pouring poison on your crops that you are growing for harvest. They stop your faith from developing the harvest and bringing it to pass in your life.

These questions are not of faith, they are born of fear, and are not where our focus should be.  Faith overrides these questions, because faith is the substances of things hoped for. Faith gives the evidence to what is not seen by our natural senses.  Faith's answer to these questions is, "Praise God! I believe I receive my Promise from God and I have it now. Thank You for it Father!"

Our fight is to keep our focus in the right place. Faith giving evidence to God's faithfulness in will bring His glorious Promise pass.

Confession: Father, I cast down every question of fear concerning Your Promises to me. I refuse to focus on questions generated by the devil and unbelief. I release my faith today to give evidence to what my natural eyes have not seen, but what I believe I have received. I praise You and thank You for this wonderful harvest, in the Name of Jesus.

Trust In God's Care For You

January 14, 2021

Daily we need to build our faith in God's love for us and His faithfulness to us. (1Peter 5:7)

The greater revelation we have of His love, the greater faith we will have to trust Him. Powerful faith is powerful because it is able to trust God to do the impossible. Great men and women of God do phenomenal things and obtain supernatural results by developing faith that grows in trusting God.

Doing this can be very uncomfortable to our natural senses, but it is very necessary. Trusting God and not fearing, allows Him to lead us to where His power and grace will flow.  Trusting in what He sees and says is what brings the supernatural results into view of our natural senses.

Develop this level of faith, by reading the Bible Scriptures that tell of God's love for you and act on them by casting your cares, plans, goals, and dreams on Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to assist you as you release every thought about your dreams,  goals and desires to the Lord.

Confession: Father, Thank You for Your love for me. I lean into Your power of love for my life and I refuse to doubt or fear and I keep all my cares, plans, goals, and dreams on You. Your love is bringing everything to pass. Love is fulfilling my life and I praise You for it Father, in the Name of Jesus.

Casting Your Care on the Lord

January 13, 2021

Casting our cares on the Lord means learning to trust in His power and goodness.

  • We pray His perfect will, with the help of the Holy Spirit, by praying in other tongues and praying His Word.

  • Then our faith receives the answers. Faith is full of joy, because it is resting under God's Banner of Love!

It's not worrying; being full of fear and cares that enable us to see the answers God has provided. It takes faith to see the light of God's power that is working. All the strategies of God are the strategies of the highest level of light.  God is Light and in Him there is no darkness.  That's why we need to throw off all the worries and fears of darkness and their strategies, and  cast our cares on the Lord.  This unites us with the power of His Light, that is working far above what is revealed and seen by the natural eye. This power is revealed through faith, by the power of the Spirit. Neh. 8:10

Confession: Father, I give You my cares and worries. I cast them off of me and onto You my Lord. I unite with your power and the strategies of Light, that are working through You now. You are my light and in You there is no darkness. I stand in faith in the Light of your victorious power and rejoice in Your awesome wisdom of Light, in the Name of Jesus.
