We are training our minds not to worry when we teach ourselves to imagine the Word of God. Every day our senses are taking in information from the news, social media, and TV, to name a few. The content we take in is affecting what we consistently think about, talk about and imagine. The information we take in daily will enhance or impair our desires and dreams. 

 

Fear, anxiety, worry, doubts, and addictions come when we fill our minds with the knowledge of all the negativity in the world.

 

Filling our minds with the Word of God will create a barrier of faith around us that will protect us from fear, anxiety, and worry. 

 

When they try to enter your thoughts, the barrier of faith and peace that comes from the Word of God will help you refuse to accept the worry trying to affect your life.

 

God's Word is pure light and life. It creates in our freedom, fearlessness, confidence, witty ideas, and directions for our lives. It is the best information we use to develop positive thoughts and inspire us to live victoriously. It is the power of life and shows us how to live life to the most total capacity. (Psalm 119:105)

The Word of God creates faith in us that destroys fear. Take time daily to read your Bible and think about what it is saying to you. Ponder and imagine what you read. Answer these questions from your daily reading:

• What is God saying to me here?

• How does this change my decisions?

• How does this change how I see myself?

• How does it affect what I am facing right now?

When we read the Bible daily, it will create faith in us that keeps us free from the cares of life.

Confession: Father, Thank You for Your Word. As I read my Bible, I am creating peace, direction, and fearlessness in me. I am not afraid because I see my life in Your Word. Everything I need to know is being revealed to me as I read and imagine Your Word daily, in the Name of Jesus.
